Zimbabwe is as rich in natural resources as in natural beauty. The Eastern Highlands boast golf courses and trout steams, Mana Pools and Hwange National Parks offer unparalleled game viewing and there are another 8 more remote National Parks. There are the historic ruins of Great Zimbabwe and the spectacle and adventure of Victoria Falls. All this adds up to a safari experience that is packed with diversity and adventure.

Bomani Camp is situated in Ngamo Forest Area, 2kms from the Ngamo gate entrance into Hwange National Park. Remote and private, your African experience will be shared only with others in camp.

ACCOMMODATION:
Bomani safari camp is small, private and exclusive accommodating only 8 people typically. (They can accommodate larger groups that wish to book out the entire camp.) 4 x permanent spacious tents situated on African Teak hardwood platforms. Bug and snake proof, they create a safe and comfortable feeling. Each tent has an attached private bathroom with en-suite facilities including flush toilets, shower and basins with hot and cold running water. In the cooler months hot water bottles are placed at the foot of your bed to keep you snug and warm.

HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES:
There is no electricity or generators at Bomani. The camp is lit at night with an array of paraffin lamps. The tents are cozy, comfortably furnished and very welcoming. The view from each verandah overlooks Bomani pan and is a spectacular place to sip your morning tea or afternoon cocktails. The staff is committed to making your stay comfortable and we pride ourselves on the service and individual attention.

You wake up at approx 05h30 to a sweet African voice saying "knock knock your tea is here". Cereals, fresh fruit, toast and jams will be available in the dining room for an early morning snack. Alternatively, a full English breakfast can be arranged in the early hours if desired. Leave for your morning game drive into Hwange National Park anywhere from 6:00-7:00am, depending on the group's wishes. Return to camp late morning for a lovely lunch and possibly a short siesta. Your afternoon/ evening activity can be a walk with your armed professional guide when an approach on foot to a herd of bull elephant is extraordinarily exciting.

Return to camp in the early evening, freshen up and meet at the campfire to sip cocktails and have hors d'oeuvres before adjourning to a wonderful three course meal. After diner enjoy the ambience of a campfire surrounded by the sounds of the African night. A long full day trip through Hwange is also a favorite including a picnic lunch at one of the permanent water holes. Spotlighting at night is allowed in the Bomani Forestry Area around the camp estate
