Saipan Hotels and Resorts - The island of Saipan is the capital of the Northern Marianas Island group. It has a total land area of only 73 square km (46.5 square miles) which consists of a volcanic core surrounded by younger limestone formations. With over 22 km (14 miles) of beach, the island is the most popular destination for travellers in the Marianas. Saipan is a modern, well-developed island with all the amenities of a tropical resort area. The island of Managaha off Saipan's western shore is preserved for cultural and recreational purposes. The sun shines year round, except for the rainy season which runs from July through November, where a sunny days cannot be guaranteed. SAIPAN OCEAN VIEW HOTEL is located on Beach Road of Garapan, the most famous tourist and commercial area of Saipan, facing the beautiful fine and white sand beach among Micronesian Islands. Walking distance to DFS, duty free shops, bars, night clubs, supermarkets and major hotels. Only 15 minute driving time from the airport to our hotel. There are 87 rooms. Each room has a balcony. Parking is at the bottom floor of the hotel.

ACCOMMODATION: We have 87 rooms and each room has a balcony and equipped with Cable TV and video movies, refrigerator, 24 hours water supply and backup generator, telephones, and mini-safe inside room. Our rooms are spacious and beds are either queen size or super sized "singles". Mini-safe inside each room. Selected rooms has separate kitchens.
